Week 6 of Training

Week 6 of training went really well,  especially with how busy I was. However, I am not very optimistic about week 7. I have a really nasty cough and had to skip running on Sunday and Monday and today. Really hoping to clear up this cough by Sunday so I can run the 15K.

Monday: 14 miles on the treadmill

Tuesday: Speedwork, 2-1 miles at 7:01 and 6:54, 4-800’s at 3:16, 3:10, 3:15, 3:12, 2 400’s at 1:26 and 1:20

Wednesday: rest day/Melt day

Thursday: Speedwork, 2-1 miles at 6:46 and 6:51, 2-800’s at 3:18 and 3:15, 2-400’s at 1:23 and 1:22, Vball

Friday: Rest Day

Saturday: 5 miles and football

Sunday: Sick 😦

Total Mileage: 28
