Ok let’s start this post off with some awesome good news. The Cleveland Marathon asked me to be an Official Blogger for the Marathon! Not gonna lie, I was beyond pumped when I heard about this and so happy to have this opportunity.
Monday: 5 Mile run just to loosen up the legs (I beat them up a little bit over the weekend)
Tuesday: Speedwork, 8-800s at 3:22, 3:20, 3:20, 3:19, 3:20, 3:18, 3:18 and 3:17
Wednesday: 8 mile run outside (it was beautiful!)
Thursday: I did “that” workout again. 2 miles at a 7:15 pace, 2 miles at 7:45 and 2 miles at 7:15. Umm the last 2 miles at that pace were killer. But helped me to run a fast 5K on Saturday! Also played vball at Mulberry’s
Friday: 4 mile easy run in the a.m.
Saturday: Old Oak Run 5K and played football and got a total of 20 miles in.
Sunday: 6 miles (really slow)
Total mileage: 58 miles
