Since I was sick last week I never did a week 1 training update! So here is week 1 and 2. Nothing special.
Sunday: 7 Miles
Monday: 6 Miles
Tuesday: 5 Miles
Wednesday: 9 Miles and Vball game
Thursday: 5 Miles
Friday: 4 Miles and 30 mins elliptical
Saturday: Rest Day
Week 1 Total Milage: 36 miles
So here is week 2.
Sunday: The Perfect 10 Miler, 11 miles total, day 1 of being sick with death bug.
Monday and Tuesday: Rest
Wednesday: Vball game and more rest
Thursday and Friday: More rest, a little bit of conditioning but getting super itchy to run
Saturday: nice easy 5 miles
Sunday: 15 miles, still at an easy pace
Week 2 total mileage: 31 miles
I hate low mileage, anything under 40 miles a week and I just don’t feel right. Hopefully I can get the mileage up this week, as long as I feel ok. Shouldn’t be too hard since I have the Buckeye Half Marathon on Sunday!
Hopefully, I won’t see this guy down there since he scared the bejezus out of me yesterday on my 15 miler.

What is the scariest thing you have seen on a run? I’ve seen lots of deer and squirrels (both of which scare me), I’ve seen turtle road kill and now a giant snake.
