Training Week 3: Already?

Have I really been following or sort of following a training plan for 3 weeks already. That went by fast.

Monday: 11 miles
Tuesday: 4 miles
Wednesday: 6 miles and vball
Thursday: Rest Day
Friday: 4 miles
Saturday: Rest Day
Sunday: 2 miles +Buckeye Half Marathon+4.5=19.5…Half Marathon recap coming soon (I know you are all on the edge of your seats)

Total Mileage: 44.5

Actually, I just looked at my training plan and I pretty much did nothing that it said on it, oops. But I was supposed to get in 45 miles and I ended up with 44.5 so that is not too bad.

Looking forward to this weekend. NorthCoast Challenge 5 miler on Saturday. Bspot afterwards anyone? I also get to celebrate my baby cousins birthday on Saturday so perhaps there is some baby stealing in my future…and then the Oktoberfest 5K on Monday!

Anyone else racing this weekend?
