Training Week 4: More More More

This was supposed to be my “recovery” week, aka, step back and stop killing yourself with high mileage you crazy runner. I actually did pretty good with that too.

Monday: 4 miles
Tuesday: 7 miles and 25 mins elliptical
Wednesday: Rest, kinda and vball
Thursday: 4 miles, super hot
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: 3 miles+5 mile race+4 miles=11, oops or 12
Sunday: 4 miles

Total Mileage: 31 Miles

With the long weekend I really felt like I ran at least 40 miles. This week will def be high mileage though, River Run half marathon on Sunday plus more miles to make it a 20 miler!
