Training Week 6

I just realized 2 things. 1) I forgot how short my training plan was and those marathons are creeping up on me. They are right around the corner. 2) I have barely followed my training plan. I have one but I am constantly crossing stuff off and switching workouts around to fit with my schedule. So far though everything looks good.

Monday:  Rest…well I did play a little football…
Tuesday: 3 miles
Wednesday: 8 miles and vball
Thursday: 14 Miles
Friday: 5 miles
Saturday: Rest Day…maybe a little dancing
Sunday: Half Marathon+ 3 miles=16

Total Mileage:  46 Miles

Guess what? No racing this weekend. I know, I know, that doesn’t sound like me at all but I had to take a break at some point. Also I am cheering “rah rah” at the Akron Marathon this weekend so that leaves no time for racing. Good Luck to all the Akron half and full marathoners this weekend! You guys are going to ROCK IT!
