I skipped posting training week 7. I was busy and there really wasn’t much to say. I ran about the same miles as week 8, no races and no speedwork and thats about it. Pretty boring so your welcome.
Monday: Rest…nope played muddy football 🙂
Tuesday: 6 miles
Wednesday: 8.5 miles and vball playoffs (we lost, the end)
Thursday: 7 miles total (3-1 miles @7:30, 7:30 and 7:35, no rest in between miles, 2-800s @3:28 and 3:25, 2 400s @1:32 and 1:32, plus warm up and cool down)
Saturday: Nature’s Bin 5K +5.5 miles=8.5ish
Sunday: 10 miles at race pace!
Total Mileage: 40 Miles
Fulling tapering now and mentally preparing myself for Sundays Marathon, wish me luck!
