As if marathon training wasn’t enough to keep me busy, I decided to add “Fab Ab February” to my training. I do core work already to keep in shape but when I saw “Fab Ab February” on Pinterest I decided to switch it up and follow a new schedule.
I love how the slow this plan starts out. It is absolutely perfect for anyone to use.
