Erie Marathon Training Week 6

Well the good news is I have no problems with my IT band lately.

The bad news is due to my asthma I’ve been barely able to run.

Wednesday: 3 miles
Thursday: 4.5 miles and 2 hour leisurely bike ride
Saturday: 2 miles
Sunday: 2 hour walk and 2+ hour bike ride

Total Mileage: 12.5

The good news is I’d rather be able to run 3 miles than no miles so I will take what I can get.

The bad news is that fall marathon is not looking so hot right now.

The good news is there are plenty of other marathons and I’m not giving up on marathon running yet!

  1. I seriously love how positive you are. That attitude makes such a difference, it really does. I’m glad you have been able to get some miles in, I have no doubt you’ll be back in the swing of things before you know it….and you do have fabulous things to look forward to…. WEDDING!!! :):)
